The first migrant adaptation centre has been opened in small Russian town Tambov. They study Russian language using an unusual workbook – learning how to greet a policeman properly, to give a bribe or not to, how to behave themselves with Russian women.

A team of builders from Uzbekistan carefully seeks answers to all these questions in the book as well as in real life.
